Rev.DAN & Rachel
We're delighted to welcome Dan and Rach Bennett as the new Ministers of Kidderminster Elim Church!
Although Dan steps into the role of Lead Pastor, Dan and Rach are very much pastoring together — a partnership in ministry as much as in life. They are parents to Emily (21) and Jay (17), who we also warmly welcome as part of our church family.
Dan trained for ministry at Birmingham Christian College and later completed his Master's at Regents Theological College, Elim's own training college, where he now also serves as Chaplain alongside his role here at Kidderminster. Ordained into the Elim Ministry in June 2009, he went on to serve as Assistant Pastor in Halesowen, before leading Beacon Elim Church in Malvern from January 2015.
Dan has a real passion for introducing people to Jesus, and for discipling and caring for them — and together with Rach, they love partnering with God and others in building the local church.
Dan is also wonderfully Kingdom-minded, working closely with other like-minded churches and ministries across Kidderminster and the Wyre Forest, because we're better together.
When he's not pastoring, you'll likely find him out running, walking the local trails, or tinkering with a woodwork project.
Dan and Rach currently live in Malvern as they begin this exciting new chapter with us. Please join us in giving them a warm Wyre Forest welcome.
